We look for candidates that are ready to work hard, have fun & give some killer tans. We provide full customized training- no spray tan experience is necessary, just a great personality and ability to work hard and be reliable.

Mobile Spray Tan Artists​

What You'll Do

• Bring the Art + Sol glow right to our clients’ doorsteps—deliver mobile spray tan services with precision, care, and joy.

• Prepare your mobile setup: clean, sanitized spray system with premium solutions, towels, and finishing powders.

• Greet and consult with clients: evaluate skin needs, solution type (express vs. classic), pose guidance, comfort level.

• Execute flawless tans (usually 10–15 minutes), offering options like bronzer intensity and finish.

• Provide expert after‑care tips and product recommendations; answer questions about prep and maintenance.

• Coordinate with studio and clients to confirm appointments, routes, and travel time.

• Handle mobile setup/teardown, tidy workspace, and manage on‑site cleanup.

• Assist with inventory tracking and notify studio when supplies run low.

• Promote our retail line subtly—planting awareness for products clients can purchase later.

Who You Are

• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and client happiness.

• Friendly, reliable, and proactive—able to work solo in clients’ homes.

• Eager to learn: no experience? No problem—we provide full spray‑tan and mobile training.

• Detail-oriented, clean, and comfortable managing gear and solutions.

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends—not a 9–5 gig!

• Excellent communicator—warm on-camera for video consultations, calm on the road, clear with clients.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.

• Flexible availability, especially Friday afternoons, evenings (up to 10 pm), and Saturdays. Morning availability is a bonus if you’re into early birds.

• Strong time‑management and customer‑service skills; high energy and positive attitude.

Part Time Spray Tan Artists

• organize daily operations of the studio

• greet and welcome clients

• check clients in/out provide aftercare

• answer phones, emails, assist in setting up appointments for clients

• maintain professional clean workspace

• complete a full training program learning how to spray tan clients

• social media skills

• must be reliable, quick learner with attention to detail

• must be ok with major clean up! Spray tans get messy ;)

Front of House Manager / Social Media Content Creator (25-35 hours/week)​

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact—respond to client emails, DMs, and texts with professionalism and kindness! We want a bubbly happy person.

• Manage the studio schedule—coordinate appointments, fill gaps, and work directly with the owner to ensure smooth day-to-day flow

• Keep us stocked—monitor inventory, place reorders, and track retail levels

• Coordinate mobile appointments—confirm bookings, route artists, and manage mobile scheduling logistics

• Handle client follow-ups, welcome new clients, and troubleshoot anything that comes up

• Own the socials—create and post content for Instagram + TikTok that aligns with our tone (think: witty, confident, warm, informative)

• Capture behind-the-scenes footage, repurpose client content

• Communicate daily with the owner—you’ll be the right-hand person helping everything run seamlessly

Who You Are

• Extremely organized and self-motivated—knowledge of google sheets/excel

• Strong written communicator with a love for storytelling, branding, and Instagram captions that actually sound human

• Cool under pressure and solution-oriented—when something goes wrong, your instinct is “We got this”

• Obsessed with aesthetics and up to date on what’s trending on TikTok and IG

• Happy to take initiative but comfortable asking questions when needed

• Genuinely interested in skincare, spray tanning, beauty, and building client relationships

• A team player who can also manage solo when the studio is quiet. This isn't the job for someone who just wants to check clients in and out and ride the clock. We need an all star.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, office coordination, social media, or content creation preferred

• Strong tech skills: must be comfortable using scheduling software, Gmail, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Sheets

• Availability to work in-studio and from home—this is a hybrid role with a lot of flexibility

• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

• Must have open and flexibloe availability- evenings!! Bonus if you’re comfortable being on camera for stories or TikToks—but not required
