Bookings

A valid credit card is required on file for all bookings. Card information is encrypted, and securely stored through my booking system. Art + Sol Chicago will not have direct access to your card information.

Client waiver must be completed and signed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If this is not completed, your appointment may be cancelled.

Cancellations

​

We understand things happen that are often out of our control. To ensure all clients can begin their session on time and receive the best service possible, Art + Sol Chicago asks that you arrive on time and notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.

 

Any clients more than 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing the client scheduled after you.

Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 fee for in-studio appointments, and forfeiture of deposits for all mobile appointments.

 

A no-show appointment will result in a full charge of the appointment. If you have a package or membership, a $40 no show fee will be applied or $25 cancellation fee if it is cancelled within 24 hours.

Privacy

Art + Sol Chicago may collect relevant personal information for your booking and appointment. We will never share or sell this information, or use it for any purpose other than that which it is collected for. This information will be securely stored for the amount of time required by law. If you feel your privacy has been violated, or that we have not operated according to these policies, please reach out to us via email immediately.
